Apppoint all standing committees except the nomimating committee. Two members of the Committee on Nominations are appointed by the President and two are elected by general membership. 3. Be an ex-officio member of alll committees except the Committee on Nominations.

Serve as temporary chairperson until one is appointed by the Board, in the absence of the President, President-Elect and Vice President.

Collect all dues, pay all bills, and keep a record of all monies received and expended. 2. Give a written report at each meeting. 3. Disburse funds as authorized. 4. Submit all books to the Vice President within one month after the close of the fiscal year for audit. 5. Serve as chairperson of the Finance Committee.
